Our Service Shatin Tai Wai New Town Stage 1 Phase 1 Bridge No.2 Demolition Work

As required by main contactor, we demolished the R.C. bridge deck of 200m (Length) × 12m (Width) with the low-noise demolition methods. According to the actual site condition, we ahead schedule by using the coring, wire cut, blade saw cut and road saw to cut the segment into small parts and then remove off site.

1.Coring Machine - Set up coring machine and core the dia 500mm pilot hole for the threading of the diamond wire or lifting use.

2. Wall Saw Machine / Power Pack Set up diamond wall saw machine and saw cut the RC element.

3.Wire Saw Machine - Wire cut the alignment of the bridge decking.

4.Lifting up and remove the cut pieces by crane lorry.

5. Wire Saw Machine - Set up diamond wire saw machine and saw-cut the RC element.

6. Wire Saw Machine - Wire cut the vertical R.C. structure below bridge decking.

7. Lifting up and remove the cut whole R.C. element by crane lorry.
