Alteration work on 6/F, 7/F and 8/F of grandstand I in Shatin Racecourse – we widely used the hydraulic-powered crushers and hydraulic bursters in this project. With the help of the equipments, we can provide a noiseless, waterless and dust-free working environment. In the confined working space, we can still perform efficiently and flexibility in order to meet the tight deadline schedule.

Fixing temporary ring hole platform below the demolish R.C. grandstand
Install soldier for temporary support
Core pre-drilled holes
Pre-drilled holes for inserted burster head
Use the crusher to demolish the parapet wall
Saw cut the R.C. beam
Break by electric breaker to retain the existing steel bars
Collect the debris to temporary deck
Remove the debris form the grandstand by mobile crane
