To form opening and proposed alteration and addition works of beams at Tseung Kwan O Depot. This job involves some basic demolition methods and another construction works (e.g. temporary lateral, support, grouting, fix steel reinforcement, formwork & pouring concrete.)
Welding temporary diagonal steel support on the existing structure
Form opening on existing structural wall
Set up certificated lifting eye on cut piece
Lifting up the cut piece and remove off site
Retained timber and steel support the in-situ R.C. beam
Modify the existing steel bar to lap the new structure
Fixing formwork for the new R.C. beam
Pouring concrete for the new R.C. beam
Fixing temporary single propps below demolition R.C. slab
Core holes to prevent overcut
Saw cut the R.C. slab to couple 300mm (w) concrete by blade saw machine
